Female Prisoners Sexually Abused By Employees

So there is a growing trend in Illinois where prison employees are sexually harassing and sexually abusing female prisoners. The harassment often turns to requests for sex. In some instances the employees are having sex with the female prisoners. This constitues sexual harassment and sexual abuse under the law. And may also be considered rape. If you are a female prisoner don’t allow employees to sexually abuse you. Guards and couselors have a great deal of power in prison. Don’t be a vicim.

This women was allegedly raped and sexually assaulted during her seven-month incarceration at Logan Correctional Center in Logan County. The jury found the rape occured by a staff counselor.
